Review your reservation

Check everything on the right is correct. A small reservation fee secures the room today; first month's rent and deposit are paid in person at check-in.

Cancellation policy

Reservation fee is fully refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of booking — no questions asked.
After the 24-hour window the reservation fee is not refunded — it covers holding the room and our admin work.
Once we confirm your reservation you have 48 hours to bank-transfer your last month's rent — that secures the room for the full stay. We hold the room for up to 7 days for the transfer to clear; after that it's released and your reservation expires.
If Placetostay cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund of every payment made.
First month's rent and security deposit are paid in person at check-in.
