Most contracts are medium to long-term — from a few months up to a full academic year. For stays under 4 weeks, ask us directly.

Furniture, kitchenware, Wi-Fi, cleaning between tenants. Bring your own linen and towels. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included up to €20/month on most student contracts; a few flats have them paid separately, and each room page says which.
No guarantor required. We work with a refundable deposit of €250 for rooms in shared flats and €500 for studios, returned after checkout.
