Now. Most spring-semester exchange students book between October and January, and the best-located rooms near the universities go first. Booking early also gets you our early-bird code FEB50 (50% off the reservation fee, until 30 November 2026).

From one month. Most spring-semester students stay five months (February to June). FEB50 applies to stays of five months or more starting between 1 January and 1 March 2027.
Pick a room and dates, pay the reservation fee online by card, and we confirm within one working day. If we cannot confirm, the fee is refunded in full. The refundable deposit is paid on move-in day.
