Tenant sourcing

We photograph, list (on placetostay.pt + 8 partner platforms), screen, and onboard tenants from our international student/young-pro pipeline. Average vacancy: under three weeks.

Rent collection & reporting

We collect rent on the contractual due date and transfer to your account on the 5th of the following month. One clean PDF statement per property.

Maintenance & cleaning

On-call maintenance team: plumbers, electricians, painters, locksmiths. Common-area cleaning weekly. Photo-documented before/after on every visit.

Legal compliance

Deposits in escrow, contracts in EN/PT, tax declarations (recibo de renda), Livro de Reclamações, and the new tenancy regulations — handled.
